The Doing Sociology team spoke to Prof. Manish Thakur of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta on the inter-relationships between Sociology, Management Education and Policy making. His most recent books are Management Education in India: Perspectives and Practices (co-edited with R. Rajesh Babu), published by Springer in 2017 and Doing Theory: Locations, Hierarchies, Disjunctions (co-edited with Maitrayee Chaudhuri), published by Orient BlackSwan in 2018.
