We interviewed Dr. Kiranmayi Bhushi who teaches Sociology at the Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is also the author of the book Farm to Fingers: The Culture and Politics of Food in Contemporary India, published by the Cambridge University Press in 2018. We spoke to her about the different facets and social meanings of food in Indian society.
